This is a buste i did for the retirement of my very first and still best Chef i ever had.
It seem's like a life long ago since i stopped cooking professionaly but i still remember every single bit of it and always will.
From pain to joy, i went through every single emotion that possibly exists and i learned a lot.
I learned so much about my work, but more important than that, i learned a lot about my self.
Nothing of what i'm doing today would of been possible if this great man hadn't been. Thank you Mayr.
